Sterilization
1. Place the well rinsed soothers in the box provided.
2. Add 20 ml of water
3. Heat in a microwave oven at 700-1000 W for 4 minutes.
4. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, pour in water and ready to use.

For safety and hygiene, replace the silicone cloth after 1-2 months of use.
